We Want to Know What NCP Means to You!
NETTLE CREEK PLAYERS is a non-profit professional theatre located
in Hagerstown, Indiana.
Originally formed in 1971, NCP ran continuously through 1996 as an old-fashioned Summer Stock Theatre performing each June-August under a giant circus tent in historic downtown Hagerstown.
The project was revived in 2015 by a group of NCP Alumni and Hagerstown community leaders with the mission to promote cultural enrichment, stimulate downtown revitalization of Hagerstown, Indiana, and to preserve the historic commercial core area and cultural heritage of Hagerstown, Indiana through the presentation of professional theatrical productions, intended to create a positive image for downtown by promoting the downtown as an exciting and culturally significant place to live and visit.
